Grind your coffee to a medium-coarse texture.
Make sure your filter is set perfectly on the Chemex carafe.
Pour some heated water onto it to wet the filter. Discard this water.
Now, add the ground coffee to the filter and slightly tap for a few times to even it out.
Slowly, start pouring the hot water over the coffee in concentric circles, beginning at the center. Avoid pouring over the filter.
Now, add all the water and observe the neat percolation.
It’ll take about 3-4 minutes to brew. Post this, you can remove the filter and sip away!
