4 ounces of coffee ice cream
14 grams of coffee
28 grams of water
2 tbsp of toffee or butterscotch topping
1 drop of almond extract
1 tbsp chocolate chips, or crumbled toffee bar
Cinnamon and sugar (optional)
Take your AeroPress, add the fine ground coffee, pour some hot water over the grounds, let it steep, and plunge the coffee. Pour the coffee into a coffee glass.
Add 1-2 scoops of ice cream to the coffee glass. You can increase or decrease the ice cream as per your taste.
