This recipe is so good that it can beat the cafe-worthy goodness. And the best part is it's so easy that you can easily make it at home. It's simple, quick, and ideal for anyone who wants to add a little excitement to their daily coffee ritual.
So let’s get started.
18 grams medium roast coffee beans
½ cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
4 ounces cold whole milk
3.5-ounce instant vanilla pudding mix
1-½ cup heavy whipping cream
An espresso machine
Take a bowl, add granulated sugar and cinnamon to it. Give it a fine mix until well incorporated to create the perfect base.
Pick a bowl and combine one instant vanilla pudding mix with heavy whipping cream. Mix the ingredients well until it becomes light and fluffy, creating the perfect Bavarian cream.
Take a mug and preheat it using boiling water. Once done, grind and add 18 grams of medium-roast coffee beans into a portafilter basket. Tamp, and insert the portafilter into the machine. Take a double espresso shot into the pre-warmed mug.
Carefully add the cinnamon sugar mixture into the freshly brewed espresso until it's well combined. Cover it with a lid to keep it warm while preparing the remaining components.
Take a milk frothing pitcher, add milk to it, and start frothing.
Take a mug and add the cinnamon sugar to it. Once done pour the frothed milk in a circular pattern. Put the remaining foam over the steamed milk. Finally, top it up with some Bavarian cream and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
