Ingredients
- Coffee Beans
- Filtered Water
- Ground Cinnamon
Apparatus
- French Press
- Coffee Grinder
- Measuring Scale
Step 1
Add 30 grams of ground coffee along with 5 grams of ground cinnamon to the French Press. We are using a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio here.

Step 2
For the first pour, add roughly twice the amount of water than the coffee you have. For 30 grams of coffee, you will need 60 grams of water.

Step 3
Give the coffee a quick stir and let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add the remainder of the water and put the lid on. Now just wait for a full four minutes before you press the plunger.
Step 5
Press the plunger down firmly and consistently, but do not press it all the way down.

Step 6
Pour coffee into the mug and serve immediately. Enjoy!
