In this recipe round, I will tell you how to make an iced Aeropress latte.
1 cup freshly brewed coffee
Medium-fine ground coffee
Frothed or steamed milk
Measure and grind 18g of coffee beans to a medium-fine grind consistency. The perfect grind is the first step to coffee greatness.
Assemble your AeroPress and wet the paper filter. This ensures that no papery taste interrupts the rich flavors of your coffee.
Place the freshly ground coffee into the AeroPress chamber. This is where the magic starts!
Add 60 ml of hot water over the coffee grounds. keep stirring it continuously for around 40 seconds and then put it aside for the blooming. During this step, the coffee releases its aromatic essence. Add the cap to the AeroPress and let it brew for another 2 minutes.
While the coffee is brewing, get your mixture of milk and ice ready. Add 5 ice cubes to a mug and pour 130 ml of milk over them. This sets the stage for the refreshing iced experience.
Once the 2 minutes are up, place the AeroPress on top of the mug with ice and milk. Plunge down for 20 seconds, allowing the brewed coffee to mix elegantly with the ice and milk.
Your AeroPress Iced Latte is now ready to be enjoyed – a harmonious blend of bold coffee, icy freshness, and creamy indulgence.
