1 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt
2 cups of freshly brewed coffee using Chemex
1 cup of ice
Take your Chemex and brew your coffee as per the 1:15 ratio. Here, you simply have to take 1 gram of coffee for every 15 grams of water, add it to the Chemex, pour water from above in 2-3 pours, and let it bloom. After blooming, keep it aside to drip completely and your coffee base is ready.
Add raspberries and milk in a blender and blend it for 60 seconds. You will see a rich, fruity texture.
Now take a cup, and combine the coffee and dark chocolate with sea salt. Give it a fine stir for the ingredients to mix well.
Take a glass, add some ice, raspberry milk, and the coffee mixture. Stir it well and enjoy!
