- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup lightly packed brown sugar
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons quality vanilla extract
- ½ cup pecan butter
- 2 tablespoons condensed milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 shots espresso
- 2-3 tablespoons Maple Pecan Sauce
- ¾ cup milk
- whipped cream - for topping
- chopped pecans - for topping

Step 1
Begin by preparing the maple pecan syrup. For this take a small saucepan and combine the maple syrup, pecan butter, brown sugar, and butter on medium flame. Make sure it’s hot but not boiling hot.
Step 2
Keep stirring it until the sugar is completely dissolved. Once the milk has absorbed the pecan's essence, remove it from the heat and strain out the pecans, leaving behind the rich pecan-infused milk.
Step 3
In a separate container, remove the syrup and add some heavy cream and vanilla extract into it. Stir this mixture until it is harmoniously blended. Let it cool completely.
Step 4
Now take a mug and mix the espresso with 2 tablespoons of the maple pecan syrup and stir it until it's combined well.

Add some steamed milk and top it with some whipped cream. You can also garnish it with toasted pecans. Sip it with your favorite song and let the dance of maple and pecan elevate your spirit.
