1 cup medium ground coffee
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground clove
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Spice up the coffee grounds
To make pour-over gingerbread coffee, mix coffee grounds and seasonings together in a small bowl. Keep in a glass container and use as needed
Fill the filter with ground coffee. Then, boil water and pour the boiling water over the coffee grounds in a slow, circular motion.
For better flavor extraction, soak the coffee grounds for 30 seconds. Once again, pour water over the ground coffee in a circular motion until you get the desired consistency of coffee.
Fill your cups with the hot flavorsome beverage and top it with whipped cream and sprinklers to make it fun.
